An intense love for pho is what brought together our team. Ms. Rose and her husband, Mr. Lam, (whose family formerly owned and operated Pho Xinh in Centerton Square, Mt. Laurel, NJ and Pho 9 in Cherry Hill, NJ) bring a combined 60+ years of cooking Vietnamese cuisine. Their culinary journey began in South Vietnam and continues to this day in the former city of Saigon where their stewards continue to operate their popular vegan restaurant, “HUU DUYEN,” which translates to “SERENDIPITY.”
